However, it should not be forgotten that hydrogen is a certain hazard due to its flammable and explosive properties. It must be properly operated, appropriate materials must be used, procedures must be developed, and appropriate safeguards must be applied. In order to prevent dangerous events from occurring, prevention is necessary in the form of appropriate procedures, correct projects and a training system. Only the relevant regulations and instructions are being developed in Poland. How do modern technologies help detect hydrogen leaks? How to build competences and prepare staff to ensure trouble-free operation of hydrogen installations?
