Important information for Exhibitors

We would like to urgently request you to submit print files with graphics for your booth walls.

How to prepare the file for printing?

• dimensions: files should be in 1:1 scale (according to the size of the stand, as below)
  color mode: CMYK
  resolution: 100-150 DPI;
  bleeds should not exceed 10mm on each side;
  formats: TIF (LZW compression) / PDF (all fonts converted to curves, transparent elements/tone transitions converted to BIT MAP - flattened);
  file delivery: dropbox, wetransfer, client FTP server

Dimensions of graphics for individual booths:

• booth 4 m2/corner stand - 2 walls of 1984 x 2480/h
• booth 6 m2/semi-island - 1 wall measuring 2976 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h
• booth 9 m2/ peninsular - 1 wall of 2976 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h
• booth 12 m2/corner stand with backroom - 3 walls with dimensions: 1984 x 2480/h, 1488 x 2480/h, 2480 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h
• booth 12 m2/ corner stand - 2 walls with dimensions: 2976 x 2480/h, 3969 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h
• booth 16 m2/ corner stand with backroom - 3 walls with dimensions: 2976 x 2480/h, 1488 x 2480/h, 3472 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h
• booth 16 m2/ corner stand - 2 walls with dimensions: 3968 x 2480/h, 3968 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h
• booth 20 m2/ peninsula stand with backroom - 2 walls with dimensions: 1488 x 2480/h, 3472 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h
• booth 20 m2/semi-island - 1 wall of 4960 x 2480/h + counter 1000 x 1000/h

Visitors will be looking for contact with your Company, facilitated by the online Exhibitor Directory.

Each Exhibitor is allowed to independently:

• add contact details
• add description of Company - up to 180 characters
• add the Company logo
• add information about offered products

To complete the data, you need to log in to the EXHIBITOR ZONE>> ORDERS bar>>CATALOG DESCRIPTION>>FILL DATA.

In order to take full advantage of the two days of the event, it is advisable to announce your participation in H2POLAND now!

Please send your Company's promotional materials to your supervisors to inform visitors of your presence at H2POLAND as soon as possible:

• Company logo (preferably png, best quality possible)
• description of Company activities (up to 500 characters)
• information about new products in your offer - description approx. 250 characters + photos
• information about the exhibits that you will present at the fair - description about 250 characters + photos
• the best products from your offer will be presented at the fair
• any film or photo material that we can publish in our promotional channels

Invoices are available for download in the EXHIBITOR ZONE >> INVOICES tab.
Please pay your dues in a timely manner.

The Exhibitor Card is the document that entitles you to enter for the assembly, event and dismantling.

Each person receiving an Exhibitor Card must register.

How to register?

1. You should go to: https://h2poland23.exposupport.pl/en-us/exhibitor/register 
2. Fill out a short questionnaire and register your account
3. Enter the details of the person attending the event.

Once completed, you will be sent a link to download a TICKET with a barcode.

Please take your entry document to the Forum and show it at registration to receive a name badge.
Simply show the ticket on your phone or tablet.

We would like to invite you today to the Exhibitors' evening meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 7.30 pm at Garden City, in the Saffron Room. The Garden City complex is located adjacent to the Poznań Congress Center, where H2POLAND will be held.

The price of each ordered booth includes 2 invitations to the industry evening.

The invitations will be given to you on the first day of H2POLAND.

In the EXHIBITOR ZONE you have the possibility to buy additional invitations.

Assembly begins on Monday 15.05.2023 at 7:00 am and will last until 10:00 pm.

Disassembly begins on Wednesday, 17.05.2023 at 5:30 pm and lasts until 10 pm, also possible on Thursday, 18.05.2023 from 7 am to 10 pm.
